設計師起薪在1萬以上，具體數(shù)目可以談，如果合適，會有很好的獎金和加薪機會，地點為上海。由于工作本身平臺較高，同時共事的都是高學歷職業(yè)人士，要求設計師通基本的英文�；疽笫�5-10年設計經(jīng)驗，其中3年左右管理經(jīng)驗，對面料（尤其襯衫）精通，對服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)和價值鏈有深刻理解，對中國男裝市場的有敏銳的嗅覺，有很強的職業(yè)操守和個人品德。具體要求見下：
We are a VC-invested startup that focuses on business and casual attires for professional men aged between 25 - 35. We are currently looking for a senior designer to join our senior management team that will be an integral part of our business operation.
The criteria are the following:
1. Preferrably male around 30
2. 5-10 years design experience with 3 years of management experience
3. hands-on knowledge of the industry and value chain
4. excellent communication skills (Chinese)
5. strong professional ethics and personal integrity
6. in-depth knowledge about the textiles and basic materials
7. solid grasp of Chinese male attire market trends
